Multitasking and Keeping Up!

Working full time and working on my eBay business pretty much takes all my time.  I love my job at the elementary school and I also enjoy getting back into eBay.  The thrill of the hunt, listing and shipping, all things eBay related make me happy.

All of that takes a lot of time and leaves little time to blog about anything.  I wanted to check in and present my numbers to let you know we are still here and things are moving right along.

Here are my numbers from March 18-24 and a video of what we found last week while thrifting.

March 18-24th
Total Items in Store:  262
Items Sold:  7
Gross Sales:  $118.18
Cost of Items Sold:  $16.16
Highest Price Sold:  $27.00 (set of 4 salad forks)
Avg Price Sold:  $16.88
Money Spent on Inventory:  $83.38

Number of Items Listed This Week:  49

Sales have been slow THIS week and I will post those numbers in a couple of days.  I will keep listing to build up my store as I believe it is a numbers game.  The more you have listed and out there in the ethers the more opportunity to grow your business.

The end goal for or eBay store is to supplement our future retirement which is coming up in about 3-4 years.

How was your week?

  1. I'm sure that Polynesian shirt will sell quickly. It's a real eye catcher! That chrome Mickey bowl is cool. I can see it inverted and made into a unique hanging pendant lamp.

  2. I never would have thought of a pendant lamp for the Mickey bowl! Thanks for stopping by, Lorraine!
